How to Find Invoice? Invoice not received

To check invoices for your property you can simply check your email ids which is registered with us.


Secondly the renewal invoice reminders are coming on SMS and Whats app messages are also sharing for it.


To check your paid/unpaid/renewal invoices pelase log into your Know Your Plan.


How to Access: In order to check invoice via know your plan you need to follow below steps.


View your invoices by logging in as an admin to your Product Dashboard (PMS, Channel Manager, and Reservation).


1. Click the dropdown menu  in the upper right corner  and select 'Know Your Plan.


2. After clicking 'Know Your Plan,' you can view pending and paid invoices.

You can easily view and download paid invoices from there for your records.



Note: Access to 'Know Your Plan' requires an admin login.
