What is "Know Your Plan" option in PMS, Channel Manager and Optimus ?


The "Know Your Plan" feature offers a transparent and convenient way to manage your subscription billing and payments directly from your system. Whether you're using PMS or Channel Manager, this feature lets you:

  • ✅ View your subscription and invoice details

  • ✅ Track available credits and payable balances

  • ✅ Make secure online payments

  • ✅ Avoid service interruptions by settling dues on time


 How to Access "Know Your Plan" in PMS

  1. Log in to PMS.

  2. Navigate to the top-right corner of the screen and click on your property name.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Know Your Plan".

What Will You See in the "Know Your Plan" Dashboard?

Upon clicking the "Know Your Plan" option, you'll be redirected to your personalized billing dashboard, where you can:

  •  View Balance Summary including available credits and outstanding dues

  •  Check your last payment details

  •  Download and pay open invoices

  •  Add or update your payment method

To pay your balance, simply click on the "Pay" link next to the balance payable amount.

Available in Channel Manager Too!

The "Know Your Plan" option is also accessible from the Channel Manager using the same steps via the profile dropdown.

Access  "Know Your Plan" in Optimus (Point of Sale)

Log in to Optimus

Navigate to the top-right corner of the screen and click on your property name.

From the dropdown menu, select "Know Your Plan".

"Know Your Plan" is accessible to admin users only
